1.Choose vertical stripes which are thin and close it makes you look thiner because eyes moves with length which divert viewers mind from width, never select horizontal stripes.

2. Try to select dark and natural colors Black is best choice avoid bright and light colors like charcoal,navy,black,dark blue some dull colors .

3. Make your entire dress in one color from head to toe so i eyes will be more focused on the color than the width and proportion .
